Payments & Insurance
Payment is due at the time of service.
We accept Cash, Debit, Visa, MasterCard, and E-Transfer.
Direct billing is available for most insurance providers; please bring a backup payment method in case of claim issues.

Clinic Environment

  • Scent-Free Space: Please refrain from wearing scented products.

  • Footwear: Kindly remove outdoor shoes upon arrival (slippers provided).

Privacy Policy
Your personal information is collected solely to provide treatment. CL Health & Wellness Clinic respects your privacy and ensures all client information remains confidential.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to respect other clients. You will be billed for the full appointment.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. Missed or late-cancelled appointments (less than 24 hours) may be subject to a fee equal to the session cost. Exceptions may apply for emergencies.
